2. We create the listing & add your property to OKSR database
3. We advertise OKSR extensively locally & beyond
4. We receive daily visitor submissions & pre-screen groups

5. We show your property to appropriate groups
6. We forward Reservation Requests to Owner
7. Upon approval, we accept a online deposit from guest
8. We confirm reservations with guest & owner

There is no cost for owners to add a new property to the OKSR database - we only get paid when we do a good job for owners.  We collect a 15% commission on all bookings that we make for property owners. This fee is collected online from the guest so owners never have to pay OKSR directly.  Our service is not exclusive, you can use other services and reserve any dates for your own use.  We respect the privacy of all property owners by not making properties "public" on our website.  Owners always have complete control over who stays in their property and their own payment schedule & cancellation policy.  For more please view Frequently Asked Questions or Contact Us.
